Mark your calendars and join us for an action-packed morning of group exercise at the Chapel Hill - Carrboro YMCA!

Our team of instructors is putting together a schedule of abbreviated (20-30 minute) classes so that our members can be increasingly aware of the options within our weekly group ex line-up.

We'll have something for everyone, including Clean Juice samples in the lobby!

If you're interested in sampling a class that could become part of your workout routine, GX Fest is the perfect opportunity to do just that!

  • 8:30 - Zumba (Studio B)
  • 9:00 – Doonya: The Bollywood Workout (Studio B)
  • 9:30 – Pound (Studio B) & Cycle (Studio A)
  • 10:00 – Cardio Dance (Studio B)
  • 10:30 – Total Body Strength (Studio B) & Cycle (Studio A)
  • 11:00 – Strength Train Together (Studio B) & TRX (Track)
  • 11:30 – Yoga (Studio B) & EZ Rider Cycle (Studio A)
  • 12:00 – Tai Chi (Studio B) & Cycle Fusion (Meet on Wellness Floor)
  • 12:30 – Flexibility without Stretching (Studio B)

*Must be 14+ to attend alone. 11-13 may take non-strength classes with adult supervision and completed Middle School Orientation.
