Beginning on April 5, the Kerr Family YMCA is hosting a small group training focused on helping student-athletes achieve greater success in their sport by practicing strength training fundamentals in order to become more strong, powerful and well-rounded athletes. The ultimate goal of this program is to help middle schoolers and high schoolers feel more confident in the weight room, learn techniques to maximize athletic performance and gain the competitive edge to come out on top!
DATES & TIMES
Six total sessions from April 5 - 28
*We will not meet on 4/19 (Good Friday) or 4/21 (Easter)
Middle School: Fridays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. and Sundays from 4 - 5 p.m.
High School: Fridays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. and Sundays from 5 - 6 p.m.
