Fridays, 10:30 - 11 a.m.

Strength Training Together (STT)
Mondays & Wednesdays, 12:30 - 1 p.m.
GX Room

Cycle 101
Sundays, 4 - 4:45 p.m. 
 

LAKEWOOD YMCA

(Full Lakewood Group Ex Schedule)

Total Body Strength (TBS) 
Tuesdays (January 8 & 22), 9:30 - 10:25 a.m.

Defend 101
Monday (January 14), 5:30 p.m.
