Boot Camp Express

Mondays, 8:15 a.m.

Girls On Weights

Thursdays, January 10 & 24
6:15 - 7 a.m.
Ages 10 - 15

Tai Chi

Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m.

Light & Lively

Thursdays, 9 a.m.
Ages 55+
