Ready to get back into your strength workout routine? We're excited to announce the launch of Workout(side) outdoor fitness centers. YMCA members can take advantage of a variety of strength equipment set up for use outside at the Y! It's like your favorite parts of our fitness facility, now accessible in the great outdoors!
While we won't be able to provide all of our strength equipment, we're committed to providing access to the options that most of our members use. A few things to keep in mind:
- Be sure to confirm the hours of our Workout(side) centers below. Hours may vary by branch.
- Be sure to bring a hand towel and your own water and workout mat, if you have one. It's summer, so it's bound to be hot. So stay hydrated
- Space will be limited. Please be patient if you arrive and all spaces are taken.
- Availability is subject to weather conditions. We'll follow the same protocols as our outdoor pools, so if there's thunder, we'll close until the weather improves.
A.E. Finley YMCA Workout(side)
Mon. - Fri.: 6:30a - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
August Updates: Effective Saturday, August 28, we will be reducing Workout(side) offerings to functional equipment (tires, battle ropes, etc.). This is in response to growing interest in group fitness and indoor workout equipment.

Mon. - Fri.: 6 - a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
