Ready for something new? 

We have new Specialty Group Fitness options just for you! Summer is here and this is a great way to obtain your fitness goals in a fun, unique way. Members and non-members are welcome to participate!

HOT YOGA

Members:
Single Class: $15
Introductory Offer: $20 for two consecutive weeks of classes
8-class pack, with a 60-day expiration: $72
Unlimited for 30 consecutive days from first use: $50

Non-Members
Single Class: $20
Introductory Offer: $45 for two consecutive weeks of classes
8-class pack, with a 60-day expiration: $150
Unlimited for 30 consecutive days from first use: $125

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Members: $60

Yoga For Athletes
Mondays, 6/24 - 7/22, 6:45 - 7:45 p.m.

Join Sofia L. for a 5 week progressive practice that aims to increase strength and skill for your athletic training through the breakdown of key yoga poses. The class will be held in a warm studio to help strengthen and protect the complex muscle groups utilized in athletic training. Space is very limited.

Boxing I 
Wednesdays, 6/5 - 7/3, 12:15 - 1 p.m. 
Fridays, 5/31 - 6/28, 12:15 - 1 p.m. 

This is a 5 week progressive boxing series consisting of a weekly 45 minute class combining classic boxing techniques, interval training, heavy bag drills and hand pad drills. Participants will get an intense boxing workout suitable for all fitness levels. Have fun while continuing to enhance your endurance, self-confidence and self-discipline.

Boxing II
Wednesdays, 6/5 - 7/31 1 - 1:45 p.m.

Continue to build upon our Boxing I small group training. Mixing in more combinations, cardio and martial arts. This training will help you grow your boxing knowledge, endurance and strength.
