Start Strong at Finley

There is strength in numbers - especially when it comes to fitness. Studies show that working out in a small group keeps you accountable and motivated. That's why we're launching a pilot program called START STRONG.

Take advantage of our unique START STRONG series designed to help you develop a personalized fitness plan and drive results. Challenge yourself with fun workouts and bond with others who share your passion for pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy small-group sessions for new members that are led by a wellness coach. Set goals, participate in learning sessions and work up a good sweat through a cardio work out and weight training.

The class is free to members, but you must sign up at the Welcome Center at the participating branch. Complete the series and earn a $20 YMCA program voucher good toward the purchase of other Y programs.
