Get a Strong Start
There is strength in numbers - especially when it comes to fitness. Studies show that working out in a small group keeps you accountable and motivated. That's why we're launching a pilot program called START STRONG.
These small-group sessions for new members, led by a wellness coach, help participants set goals, participate in learning sessions and work up a good sweat.
The class is free to members, but you must sign up at the Welcome Center at the participating branch. Complete the series and earn a $20 YMCA program voucher good toward the purchase of other Y programs.
