More things to do than you can shake a stick at. And more fun, too. Unless you like shaking sticks. There’s time for that, too.
Fact is, Camp Kanata offers a whole range of activities designed to challenge and inspire each camper. (That’s parent-speak for “they’re a lot of fun.”) On Sunday evenings, a camp orientation gives kids an overview of all the activities offered that week
– an event that finishes off with our soon-to-be-world-renowned “Fireball Carnival.” Then campers get to choose four activities to do, two in the morning and two in the afternoon.
Kanata staff emphasizes skill development, and encourages each
camper’s growth in self-knowledge and self-esteem. Kids
can take part in both group and individual activities. Only friendly
competition is allowed in each and every camp activity.
*Campers must register in advance for horseback riding.
