The Young Men's Christian Association of the Triangle Area, Inc.
("YMCA") provides the content on this Web site ("Site")
subject to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
The YMCA may periodically change their Terms, so please check
back from time to time. By using this Site, you agree to these
Terms and as they may be amended.

1. COPYRIGHTS. All content on the Site, including text, graphics,
logos, forms, button icons, images, and the arrangement of all
content is the exclusive property of the YMCA and its licensors
and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The
use of any such material on any other web site is prohibited.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2 TRADEMARKS. The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos
(collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site
are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of the YMCA and
its licensors. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on this Site,
except as provided in these terms, is strictly prohibited.
3. USE OF SITE. You may use or download material displayed on
this Site for noncommercial personal use only and in order to
communicate with the YMCA. If you download material, you must
retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed
on the materials. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, post,
or otherwise use the content of this Site for public or commercial
purposes without the YMCA's written permission.
4. POSTINGS OR OTHER SUBMISSIONS. Users may be able to communicate
comments, make applications, submit photos or make other submissions
to the YMCA and you agree that any and all such information that
you submit to the Site is the property of YMCA and may be used
by it for any purpose.
5. APPLICABLE LAW. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall
be governed by the internal domestic law of the State of North
Carolina, without regard any conflict of laws doctrine and shall
be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts which
are located in Wake County, North Carolina.
6. DISCLAIMERS; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE
IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY, THE INFORMATION

IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,

1. PRIVACY
The YMCA is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to its
Site on the Internet. The YMCA collects personal information from you on this
Site only when it is specifically and knowingly provided by you.
Personally identifiable information that may be collected in connection with
visitors voluntarily filling out applications or correspondence may be used to
communicate with you and periodically send you updates and newsletters about
camps, services and activities of the YMCA. This data is not sold or otherwise
transferred outside the YMCA. Each e-mail update or newsletter will contain instruction
on how to discontinue receipt of the updates or newsletter.
2. LINKED SITES
The YMCA, whether or not affiliated with sites which may be linked to this site,
is not responsible for their content ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites
are for your convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
You access them at your own risk.
3. SPECIAL POLICY WITH REGARD TO INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN
In accordance with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection
Act of 1198 (COPPA) the YMCA will never knowingly request personally identifiable
information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent. When we
do receive information (with parental consent) from users under the age of 13,
we will never voluntarily share their personally identifiable information with
third parties.
4. COOKIES
The YMCA may us cookies for limited purposes. Cooking are small pieces of text
stored on you computer that help us know which browser you are using and where
you have been on the YMCA Site and other sites to which you may link in order
to use some of our features. We don't use cookies to retrieve personally identifiable
information about you. If you do not accept a cookie from the YMCA, you will
not be allowed to submit questions or applications to us.
5. NOTICE OF CHANGES
If we decide to change or privacy policy, we will post these changes on this
page so that you are always aware of what information, we collect, how we use
it and under what circumstances we disclose it. You may determine when this Privacy
Policy was updated last by noting the "Last Updated" date directly
beneath the title of this section.
