With 150 acres and two lakes to explore, camp is really just one fun thing after another.

Daily nature walks introduce kids to animal tracking, pond life, general ecology and forestry. Games of all kinds are on the schedule, from tag to team sports. Camp-wide assemblies and goofy skits keep everyone laughing (and if they’re not careful, learning a little something, too.) And we make time for all the other great camp activities, like swimming, archery, arts & crafts – the list goes on and on. And so does the fun.

Camp Kanata firmly supports the YMCA’s character development program. The four core values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility are grounded by faith in God and integrated into all areas of camp life.
