JUMP ROPE GREEN
Character Development:
Bring in a Thought for the Day approved by your head counselor to share with your huddle. Be prepared to share with your huddle what this thought means to you. It can not be a Thought for the Day that has already been shared during Sports Camp assembly this summer.
Skills:
1. Demonstrate your single routine with less than two mistakes. The routine should have a minimum of 16 tricks, and no more than two jumps between tricks. You must have at least two different types of double unders, a rope release or wrap, and two tricks must be backwards.
2. Two jumpers-one rope: Perform “around the world” either as a jumper or a turner (whichever part you didn’t do for yellow level). No mistakes.
3. Double Dutch: Turn with a Super Skipper for another camper completing their Double Dutch requirements for one of the previous levels.
4. Double Dutch: Take your rope in, jump 10 times, and exit with no mistakes.
5. Single Rope Speed (SRS): Your age times nine (counting your right foot only in one minute).
6. Double unders: Equal to your age plus 20
