Bus & Fleet Operations
We hire bus drivers, mechanics and transportation logistics staff to safely transport children in our programs. You must be at least 21 with two or more years of driving experience, or 20 with three years of experience; bus drivers must hold a valid CDL. Transportation staff focus on safety, reliability and coordination in a structured, responsibility-driven environment, with support from YMCA leadership.
