 It’s that time of the year again! School will be back in session for your students and the Lee County YMCA has wonderful After School Programs.
To register for After School you will need to:
1. Know which After School you need
2. Fully Completed Youth Information Form (English Version) or (Spanish Version) one per child
- Signed Youth Program Policy Form
- Signed Behavior Expectation and Discipline Policy Form, one per child
- Inital Special Circumstances Policy
3. A voided check to set-up your draft (required)
4. $25 for the registration fee
5. Payment for an initial fee if registrating close or after the beginning of the academic school year
Registration must be done in person at our YMCA Wellness Center during our administrative office hours. Please allow to 2 business for your registration to be processed from the date you need your child to start!
