March Group Fitness Announcements

We will be offering some specialty classes in February! We hope you come and try them.

Healthy Heart Program: We want to keep you moving! This will include a warmup, stretching, cardio and weight training.
Days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. (meet at the top of the stairs)
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Instructor: Wellness coaches.

Building Blocks Classes or Social Skills Classes. Parent/child classes for Children with Autism.
Days: March 8,15, 22
Time: 6:30 p.m. in the multipurpose room

No fee, simply sign up at the front desk.

Teen Fitness: Power, Explosiveness, Agility, Quickness
Day: Tuesdays, starting February 9th
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Ages: 13 - 19

Free Nutrition Workshop: Strengthening Your Core and Conquering Unwanted Abdominal Fat
Day: Monday, March 15
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Instructor: Pamela Coffel, certified nutritionist.

Personal Training Certification
Days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 5th - 7th
Time: Friday 1-9:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6pm
