Registration Checklist

• Youth Information Form, one per child (below)
• Immunization records, for year-round students
• Voided check, for monthly bank draft
• Inital Payment - Fees are due per child, based on weekly start date, and vary per program

YMCA Payment Options
1. Payment in Full: Pay for a full year programming at the time of registration.
2. Bank Draft: Monthly installment payments set up as an automatic debit from your bank account.

• Year-round school program drafts: June 24-May 24 (12 drafts)
• Traditional school program drafts: August 24-May 24 (10 drafts)

Program Registration Fees
A $25 registration fee per child, is due at the time of registration along with your initial payment to begin the program
Please note: The registration fee is reflected in the total yearly cost, and does not affect the monthly draft installment price.


Member Registration
In order to receive the Member rate, the child being enrolled must have a Kraft Family or a Triangle YMCA membership.

If you are interested in a YMCA membership the YMCA Welcome Center will be able to sign you up!
