Registration Checklist

• Youth Information Form, one per child (below)
• Immunization records, for year-round students
• Voided check, for monthly bank draft
• Program registration fee ($25*), per child, per program
• Youth Planning Worksheet

*For current school year registration, amount due at registration is dependent on start date. Call for current prices to enroll.




YMCA Payment Options
1. Payment in Full: Pay for a full year programming at the time of registration.
2. Bank Draft: Monthly installment payments set up as an automatic debit from your bank account.

• Year-round school program drafts: June 24-May 24 (12 drafts)
• Traditional school program drafts: August 24-May 24 (10 drafts)

Program Registration Fees
A $25 registration fee per child, is due at the time of registration along with your deposit amount. Please note: The registration fee is reflected in the total yearly cost, and does not affect the monthly draft installment price.


Member Registration
In order to register and/or receive the Member rate, the child being enrolled must have a Kraft Family or a Triangle YMCA membership.

If you are interested in a Kraft Family or Triangle YMCA membership the Kraft Family YMCA will be able to sign you up!
