Aching back? Sore muscles? Nagging injuries?
Be careful as these could be signs of a serious injury or condition. WakeMed Rehab and its team of physical therapists are located onsite at the YMCA and can help you get back on track.
WakeMed Outpatient Rehabilitation Programs at the YMCA provide physical rehabilitation to individuals who have pain or a loss of physical function as a result of injury, illness or disease process.
So whether it’s a sore back, muscles or an old injury that’s preventing you from reaching your fitness goals, WakeMed Rehab is here to help.

Take advantage of our free fitness orientations by a wellness counselor. This usually lasts about an hour and is recommended for all new members.
Please dress in workout attire.

Members and program participants ages 15 and over
An assessment tool designed to evaluate current health status. The PWP evaluates lifestyle behaviors and physical measurements. Based on the individual responses to the questionnaire and personal data collected, and educational report will be provided and reviewed with a Personal Trainer.
