Programs-Adult Wellness-Group Fitness Classes


TRX Suspension Training – Basic Training, Intermediate & Advanced level Classes
Members 18 years or older

A six-week program where participants will be introduced to this new form of exercise.

Classes available for basic/ intermediate, advanced, cardio circuit and strength circuit.


Born in the U.S. Navy SEALs and developed by Fitness Anywhere®, Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise. Participants can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.

Registration closes the day before class begins.

Class participation is limited to six participants.

Fees: $80 for a six-week program. Class meets once a week. Members only.
