Grades 9 & up and those who have completed Middle School Fitness Orientation; Ages 18 & older for Yoga and Pilates.
Let the Kerr YMCA Group Fitness Department help you meet you personal fitness goals! We offer a variety of creative classes for all levels of fitness types; from gentle enthusiasts to expereinced athletes.
We offer a variety of land and water-based group fitness classes including prenatal fitness aerobics, pilates, cycling and mind/body fitness classes. Classes are available for kids, teens, and adults. Take a class today!

Are you interested in competing in triathlons? Join the Endurance Club and train with others. You'll learn valuable information and have fun getting to know people.

Meet in front of the nursery desk.
Volunteer-led, guided weekly runs for runners of all fitness levels. Anyone leaving a child in the nursery is required to carry a cell phone and make sure the nursery staff has you contact information.
