Let the Kerr YMCA Group Fitness Department help you meet you personal fitness goals! We offer a variety of creative classes for all levels of fitness types; from gentle enthusiasts to expereinced athletes.
We offer a variety of land and water-based group fitness classes including prenatal fitness aerobics, pilates, cycling and mind/body fitness classes. Classes are available for kids, teens, and adults. Take a class today!

Meet in front of the nursery desk.
Come meet up for a great morning run. Running Club is a volunteer led program that consists of members who want to take it outside for a nice run along the Greenway. The distance, pace groups and routes will vary. This is a great way to meet new members and ask questions about running a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, or Marathon.

Are you interested in competing in triathlons? Join the Tri-Club and train with others. You'll learn valuable information and have fun getting to know people.

Members wanting to take their workout outside!
Meet in front of the nursery desk.
Y-Walk is a volunteer led walk through the surrounding neighborhoods. Each day one volunteer will be the "leader". Anyone leaving a child in the nursery is required to carry a cell phone and make sure the nursery staff has you contact information.

Exercise time open for the entire family! Children in middle school who have completed a workout orientation may attend a group fitness class with a parent, excluding adult yoga and pilates.
