Traditional and year round students in grades K - 5
Lakewood YMCA
We currently provide transportation from the following schools to the Lakewood YMCA:
- Central Park
- Durham Academy (grades 1 - 8)
- Healthy Start Academy (transportation provided by Healthy Start)
- Lakewood Elementary
- Morehead Montessori
If your child attends a school that we currently do not service, please check with that school to see if transportation is provided to the Lakewood YMCA.
Kids Club After School is the place to be after school! It's the perfect blend between fun and homework. It's not all work though - swimming, gym games, skill development clinics, arts & crafts and more round out our day!
What does an afternoon at Kids Club look like?
3:00 - 4:00 Campers arrive & homework* 4:00 - 4:15 Snack 4:15 - 5:00 Activity/homework* 5:00 - 5:15 Assembly/Values Time 5:15 - 6:00 Rides Out
* This may vary depending on the school your child attends and its dismissal time.

Registration for the 2008-2009 school year is ongoing! You can register and the front desk of any Durham YMCA. At registration you will need the Youth Registration Form, and a voided check. |

Mon. - Fri. (except teacher workdays and holidays) School dismmissal until 6:00 p.m. (including early release days) |
| Fees: |
There is a $25 registration fee and partial program draft(s) due at the time of registration.
Members: $149.90 / draft Program Participants: $187.70 / draft
Year round Students Members: $121.50 / draft Program Participants: $152.50 / draft |
