Cary Family YMCA
Wish your child could enjoy the summer camp experience all year long? Are weekly field trips and swimming two of your child's favorite activities? Participants in Tracking Out learn new skills, strengthen friendships, and have fun. Tracking Out is a great all-day experience for year-round children attending Adams Elementary, Carpenter Elementary, Highcroft Elementary, Laurel Park Elementary, Morrisville Elementary, Turner Creek Elementary, East Cary Middle, Lufkin Middle School, and Salem Middle School.

Register at the front desk by 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday before the program. At the time of registration, a new copy of your child's immunization record must be provided. Registrations will not be processed or accepted without immunization record. |

The program operates from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. |

Current Tracking Out Participants grades 2 - 8.
Camp Seafarer, a resident camp located on the Neuse River in Arapahoe, N.C. Camp Seafarer is a part of the YMCA of the Triangle Association and has been in operation for more than 30 years. For more information about this camp, please visit their website at www.seagull-seafarer.org.
A three-day, two-night field trip for all second through eighth graders in Tracking Out where they will get to participate in a variety of activities, such as boating, kayaking, canoeing, archery, zip lines, shark tooth hunts, campfires, nature, and sleeping in open-air cabins.

To register, each child is required to have a Youth Information Form, a copy of immunization records, and the Tracking Out Camp Seafarer Forms completed with a copy of their health insurance card attached. The last day to register for Camp SF Track 3 is Wednesday, April 25. The last day to register for Camp SF Track 4 is Wednesday, March 28. |

Choosing this option will allow your child to have child care for all four track out breaks. For participants choosing 4 Break Care, a discount is built in to allow for days missed due to vacation and/or illness.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and space is limited. Register at the Welcome Center by 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday before the program. Breaks are divided into sessions which are charged by the number of days per session. Session breaks cannot be split for any reason. Daily sessions are not offered. |

2011/2012 Rates ***No Price Increase** Members - $158/week Program Participants - $189/week
Payment in full is due with registration for 1-week sessions. Register for a minimum of four weeks and payment may be set up through bank draft. |

Please choose one plan for the year at the time of registration. We must receive any changes, in writing, at least two weeks in advance. |

There is no additional fee for choosing a transportation option. All transportation for your child is included in your program fee.

Off-Site YMCA Programs (programs located at a school, etc.) IF SCHOOLS…
- ARE DELAYED, off-site morning programs are delayed by the same amount of time. (For example, if schools start two hours late, Early Arrivals will start two hours late.)
- CLOSE EARLY, off-site youth programs will be closed. YMCA transportation will not pick up students from schools. Parents must pick up students from schools.
- ARE CLOSED, off-site youth programs are closed.
