Cary Family YMCA will be offering Early Arrivals at Carpenter Elementary School. The program provides opportunites for brain warm up (chess tournaments, trivia games), relaxing (card games,coloring), or stress relief (gym games such as spider ball or knockout) depending on your child's needs. Carpenter Early Arrivals is a great way to start your child's day.

Early Arrivals is an entertaining and structured morning program. We provide a fun, loving staff to play and encourage your children. Early Arrivals activities are held for the most part in the multi-purpose room. We have a cart filled with a variety of games and challenges for your children such as cards, board games, puzzles, and crafts. We also offer each age group (K-2 and 3-5) a choice of activities outside or in the gym. Every morning we assemble the children back in the multi-purpose room for dismissal. We may sing a song, play a group game, or trivia while waiting for the bell. Your child will be dismissed with the bell at 8:45a.m.

Daily Schedule

• 7:00-7:45 a.m. Rides In and Games
• We will have a staff member at the carpool lane to help your child out of the car. After 7:45 a.m. they should walk into the multi-purpose room and someone directly inside will check them into the program. After 8:15 a.m., please park in the carpool lane (not the bus lane) and walk you child into the gym.
• 7:00-8:00 a.m. Games
• 8:00-8:35 a.m. Activity Choice
• 8:35-8:45 a.m. Assembly
• 8:45 a.m. Dismissal

At the time of registration, a new copy of child's immunization record must be provided. Registrations will not be processed or accepted without immunization record.
Participants will also need to provide new bank account information (voided check & bank draft authorization) when registering.

Fees:	2008/2009 Rates Members: $832/year; $67.25/monthly draft with a $25 deposit Program Participants: $952/year; $77.25/monthly draft with a $25 deposit
