Cary Family YMCA is excited to offer Early Arrivals at Turner Creek Elementary School!
Early Arrivals is an entertaining start for your child’s day. We provide a fun, loving staff to play and encourage your children. Early Arrivals activities are held in the multipurpose room.
We put the brain in motion with team challenges and character development.
Our 2009 format is based on the YMCA’s core values and mission of building a healthy spirit, mind and body. Our activities are guided by the core values of caring, respect, responsibility, honesty and faith. We feel these are tools children need to build a future with strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
How does the Rides In system work?
Rides In begins at 7:00 a.m. The YMCA Early Arrivals Site Director will be waiting outside in the carpool lane to welcome your child to school. After 7:45 a.m. parents should walk their children into the multipurpose room and a staff member will be there to check them in.
Daily Schedule:
7:00 - 7:45 a.m. Rides In
7:45 - 8:45 a.m. Activities
8:35 - 8:45 a.m. Closing assembly; school dismissal
Weekly Schedule:
Mondays: Arts & Crafts Day
Tuesdays: Playground Day
Wednesdays: Sports Day
Thursdays: Game Day
Fridays: Character Animal Day
At the time of registration, a new copy of child's immunization record must be provided. Registrations will not be processed or accepted without immunization record.
Participants will also need to provide new bank account information (voided check & bank draft authorization) when registering.
