Detailed descriptions of our water aerobic classes:
Aqua Fitness (AF) - An effective water workout utilizing the length of the pool. Flotation belts provided if needed.
H20 Combo - Combo, exactly as it sounds; a little shallow, a little deep. Guaranteed to keep the class full of excitement.
Strength Interval Class (SI) - This class uses the equipment to work the major muscles in the body, along with cardio work.
