All Members

Do you have a difficult time staying with an exercise routine?
The fitness department has added a virtual workout coach or FitLinxx for every member, including you!


The way you workout and monitor your progress will never be the same again. FitLinxx is a simple-to-use computerized personal trainer that is monitored by a Wellness Instructor. It will tell you:

  • Your seat settings
  • The proper weight to use
  • The amount of repetitions to perform
  • When to increase or decrease your weights
  • The proper range of motion & repetition speed



FitLinxx is a fitness network that links weight-stack equipment to a membership management system. Each member develops an individual workout program with an instructor. Then, the member simply begins the workout at a user-friendly kiosk that provides messages from the instructor, outlines a customized schedule for the day's exercise program and reports progress towards fitness goals. The member is then guided on each piece of equipment by the FitLinxx Training Partner (small computer monitors), which reinforces personal fitness goals set by the instructor. It's a user-friendly system that gives the support needed to ensure the results you most want. FitLinxx is now ready and waiting for you to use.

In our facility, FitLinxx gives you:

  • Personalized support from your fitness instructor to help you achieve and exceed your goals.
  • A customized exercise program geared toward your goals, your needs and your time constraints.
  • Automatic recording of each strength and cardiovascular exercise you do -- creating a workout history of all the weight you've lifted and calories you've burned.
  • Immediate feedback on each strength exercise you do so you can be sure you're doing it correctly.
