- Activate the ActiPed at the Cary Family YMCA Wellness Center located upstairs.
- Simply attach the ActiPed to your footwear of choice and walk, jog, or run...everyday!
- You can wear your ActiPed to work, the YMCA, running errands, while walking the dog - just about anywhere!
- The ActiPed will store approximately two weeks of data, depending on your activity level. However, you'll want to visit your facility as often as possible to offload your personal workout data.
- At the Cary Family YMCA, whenever you visit and are within close proximity of the wireless access point, your ActiPed will wirelessly upload your data to your FitLinxx account.
