Wake up and start your morning with us! Each morning is filled with fun activities including quiet games, assemblies, and arts & crafts.
After School runs from dismissal until 6pm.
After school with the Alexander YMCA is the perfect blend of homework and fun! Afternoons are filled with field & gym games, arts & crafts, playground time, homework, and much more!

Y Wednesday:
Available at all our after school program sites to assist parents with Wake County Public School's early release Wednesdays.
SOS (School's Out Special:)
Spend workdays and holidays at the Alexander Family YMCA. Fun activities, field trips, games, movies and more make it a great place to be when school is out!
Early Arrival:
Wiley Elementary School only - 7:00 - 8:45 a.m. at the school.
$87.90/month for members and $99.20/month for program participants.
After School:
After School Activities include: arts & crafts, homework (Monday-Thursday), board games, teambuilding activities, movies, playground activities, clinics, special guests, gym & field games, YMCA spirit incentives, early release day field trips/events, monthly sports leagues, learning centers and more!
Five-day option: $176.70/month for members; $207.10/month for program participants
Three-day option (M,W,F): $110.40/month for members; $129/month for program participants
Two-day option (T,Th): $76.30/month for members; $89.20/month for program participants

Y Wednesdays:
Your child can sign up for Y Wednesdays even if they are not registered for our regular afterschool program.
$25 registration fee
Members: $38.91 (Traditional/ 10 drafts), $32.42 (Year Round/ 12 drafts)
Program Participants: $47.10 (Traditional/ 10 drafts), $39.35 (Year Round/ 12 drafts)
SOS (School's Out Special:)
School's Out Special (S.O.S) Days are a fun alternative for teacher workdays and school holidays. Activities may include gym and field games, field trips, arts and crafts, value time, devotions, swimming and more.
S.O.S. Days are open to all children, regardless of the school they attend and they do not have to be enrolled in other YMCA programs in order to participate. Program offered at Alexander YMCA from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Register at the front desk. Registration must occur at least 2 business days prior to an S.O.S. day in order to attend. (ie: if Monday is an S.O.S. day, you must register your child no later than the Thursday prior)
Members - $39 per day
Program Participants - $49 per day
Financial Assistance is available for our After School programs. Please fill out a Financial Assistance Application and return it to the front desk. Amy Dombrowski, our financial assistance specialist, will be in touch with you
regarding your application. A Spanish version of our Financial Assistance Application is also available.
