Strength and Conditioning Training
Grades 6-9
Alexander Family YMCA


An on-going strength and conditioning program geared toward all sports. Sessions are taught by nationally certified personal trainers and experienced athletes. Strength and conditioning encourages healthy and safe weight lifting techniques and cardiovascular training for all ability levels.


Registration: Registration is ongoing. Program runs for 6 weeks with a 3 week break.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Beginning May 25
