Students in grades 6-8 Serves: Carnage, Centennial*, Daniels, Exploris, Ligon, Martin and Moore Square* *Transportation provided by WCPSS from Centennial and Moore Square. There must be a minimum of seven students enrolled from the school for the Y to offer transportation from that site.
Alexander Family YMCA
Our middle school program is all about choices! We will offer a variety of activities to choose from including specialty clinics, sports, swimming, crafts and much more. We have designed this program specifically for teens to gow in spirit, mind and body.

PROGRAM INFORMATION 2011/2012 Parent Manual
REGISTRATION CHECKLIST Bring the following items to the Welcome Center at the Alexander Family YMCA to register.
- A completed 2012-13 Youth Registration Form (must be filled out each year for each child)
- Payment (in full or a voided check for bank draft. Bank drafts accepted starting Mar. 1. Payment in full option accepted starting May 21.)
PAYMENT OPTIONS 1. Choose from monthly bank draft or payment in full. Bank drafts accepted starting Mar. 1. Payment in full option accepted starting May 21. 2. If you choose to pay in full, payment is due at registration (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash or check) 3. Bank draft occurs on the 24th of each month. Traditional school programs: Aug. 2012-May 2013(10 drafts) 4. If registering after July 29, 2012 for traditional school programs, a portion of total program fee is due upon registration.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Financial Assistance may be available for those who qualify. Fill out a Financial Assistance Application and return it to our Welcome Center. Financial Assistance will be awarded on a first come, first served basis until all available funds have been allocated. We will begin accepting Financial Assistance applications for 2012-13 Youth School Programs on February 1, 2012.
