Alexander YMCA Pool
Bring your preschooler twice a week for three weeks to preschool swim lessons. Each lesson is 35 minutes long. This program is a 4 level program with each level building on the proceeding one. Since moving through the 4 levels is based on your child's endurance, coordination, fear of water and strength, children may stay in 1 level for more than one swim lesson session.

Learn the ropes of lap swim etiquette, how to read a swim workout, and drills that will improve your stroke. This class is for beginner and intermediate level swimmers. We will complete a simple work-out in class utilizing the many swim aides we offer our members.

Designed for children who need to improve their swim stroke technique and build endurance. This program is a great bridge between swim lessons and swim team. Classes will focus on competitive strokes. In addition, participants will learn how to dive off blocks and do flip turns. Participants must be able to swim non-stop 100 yard freestyle, 100 yard backstroke, and tread water for one minute.
