Water Workouts

Alexander Family YMCA pool


Low-impact exercise classes for rehabilitation or to improve overall fitness. The water provides resistance to increase flexibilty and tone the body.

Our Water Aerobics Schedule are a part of our group fitness schedules. Click here to access the daily schedules.

Try a Deep Water Workout. This is for individuals who are comfortable in deep water and want a total body workout. Using floatation equipment in the deep end of the pool, you’ll get aerobic exercise and muscle toning with no impact. This class is especially good for those with joint problems.
