The Alexander pool will be closed on Friday, March 19 from 4:30pm until close for a special event.

M-Thursday 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Friday 5:30am – 7:30pm Saturday 7:30am – 5:00pm Sunday 1:00pm – 5:00pm
The pool always closes at least one hour prior to the main facility.

Alexander Family YMCA pool
Low-impact exercise classes for rehabilitation or to improve overall fitness. The water provides resistance to increase flexibilty and tone the body. Check out February's Water Aerobics Schedule. March's Water Aerobics Schedule
Try a Deep Water Workout. This is for individuals who are comfortable in deep water and want a total body workout. Using floatation equipment in the deep end of the pool, you’ll get aerobic exercise and muscle toning with no impact. This class is especially good for those with joint problems.
