FALL back in love with your workout! We have a new daily format for our online fitness schedules. This should make planning your workout time at Alexander easier!

Schedules are now posted in two week increments. Each day includes the schedules for all three studios and water aerobics in the pool.

Water Fitness

Low-impact exercise classes for rehabilitation or to improve overall fitness. The water provides resistance to increase flexibilty and tone the body.
