The WakeMed offices for the healthy lifestyle programs are open in our new state-of-the-art Alexander Family YMCA!
Located on the second floor of the facility, WakeMed offers physical therapy and rehabiliation programs. Doctors' referrals are required.

Guests must register in the main facility at the front desk.
Guests must show a photo ID with name, proof of residency or YMCA affiliation when checking in.
Guests must pay the applicable guest fee or have a current guest pass when checking in.
All guests, 13 years and younger, must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Alexander Family YMCA and YMCA of the Triangle Area members who are at least 14 years old may bring a guest who is at least 14 years or older.
Middle School members who have completed the Middle School Get Active orientation and have a permanent membership card may bring a guest who is at least 14 years or older.
