CILTs is a character and leadership development program for teens, led by experienced staff members serving as mentors. Teens will serve as role models for younger campers, participate in team building, group outings, service projects, and special events.
Teens who have attended one year of the CILT program and who have been recommended to return can attend CILT Year 2, a more in-depth program that continues to develop character and leadership, as well as prepare teens for working with children.
