If you are interested in applying for assistance this upcoming summer or this upcoming school year, download the 2012 scholarship application below or stop by the Welcome Center any time on or after Feb. 11, 2012 to pick up a copy.
When you turn in your completed scholarship application packet, you will need to include:
- Your completed (front and back) scholarship application.
- A copy of your most recent tax return.
- Copies of your last two pay stubs OR a letter from your employer stating your annual salary.
- Any documentation that might show your income has changed from what is on the tax return.
Applications are taken and then reviewed. Depending on your application status, we may call you for a short phone interview to better evaluate how we can help you. Then, based on our scale we will determine what amount of scholarship you qualify for and send you a letter to use when registering for your desired programs.
